Refund Policy

This store accepts requests for eligible returns by mail covering new HydroJug merchandise with or without a product fault. Customers may also seek an exchange, subject to review and replacement stock.

Delivery starts the request period

Submit the request within 30 calendar days after receiving the item. New, unused goods in original condition can be considered after a change of mind or option mistake. We also address damage, defects, shortages, incorrect goods, and meaningful listing mismatches. Mandatory legal protections continue to apply.

Contact first and obtain approval

Send neyawixo410@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, and explanation. Keep the packaging and components, and attach images or video when reporting a merchandise issue. Do not mail the item until approval and the correct return location are provided; the correspondence address may not be the return facility.

Included label and resolution

The shipment includes a free prepaid return label. After approval, use that label and ask us for assistance if it was not received or has been lost. We assess no restocking fee. An exchange depends on stock. For an approved refund, we process and initiate the return to the original method within 10 days, followed by any additional bank processing time.
