Purchase proposal and confirmation

Placing an order proposes a transaction rather than guaranteeing acceptance. Stock, correct information, successful authorization, pricing, taxes, security review, and checkout delivery options can all affect confirmation.

Post-purchase rules

Return review is available for eligible defective and non-defective new goods, and exchanges are considered. A sound item must be new, unused, and in original condition. Make the request within 30 calendar days after delivery, wait for approval before mailing, use the free prepaid label enclosed in the package, and incur no restocking fee.
