Shipping Policy

Every HydroJug order passes through an in-store handling stage before it enters the carrier network. Published time windows are estimates and should not be read as an unconditional delivery promise.

From payment to shipment

We generally complete preparation within 1–2 business days after payment is authorized. The expected carrier period is another 4–6 business days after dispatch. Applicable holidays, weekends, severe weather, and carrier disruptions may change the route.

Checkout information and updates

The checkout experience identifies eligible destinations, shipping choices, and any applicable fee. Review the recipient and address carefully. We provide a tracking reference once it becomes available from the carrier.

Resolving a delivery concern

If movement stops, goods arrive damaged, a package is lost, or tracking says delivered without receipt, contact neyawixo410@gmail.com. Please share the order identifier, purchase email, tracking data, and supporting pictures where useful.
